1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the spade46 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Member", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the spade46 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions ("Specific Rules"), all of which are incorporated herein by reference and collectively form the agreement between you and spade46 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of spade46 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

The Platform is intended solely for use by individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. spade46 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. 21+

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. spade46 makes no representation that the Platform or any content thereon is legal or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction outside those where the Platform is operated and licensed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

spade46 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete requested verification within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended or permanently closed, and any pending withdrawals withheld pending satisfactory verification.

2.4 Single Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on spade46. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of spade46, you must register a Member account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false identity during registration.
• Not register on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.

spade46 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons. Registration implies acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spade46 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Immediately notify spade46 customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

spade46 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access shall be deemed to have been authorised by you.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your spade46 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other participating institutions), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. spade46 does not accept cash deposits.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) a minimum withdrawal amount as displayed on the Platform; and (d) the use of a withdrawal method consistent with the payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible. spade46 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on spade46 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. spade46 bears no responsibility for currency conversion losses arising from transactions processed in currencies other than MYR by your payment provider.

5.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit identified as originating from a fraudulent, disputed, or unauthorised transaction will be reversed. Any winnings derived from such a deposit will be voided and forfeited. spade46 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in investigating fraudulent activity.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on spade46 are subject to the specific rules of each game or market, which are made available within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Specific Rules, the Specific Rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant game or event.

• spade46 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in circumstances where the stated odds or game outcome were materially affected by an error on the part of the Platform.
• spade46 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Maximum bet limits apply and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Bets exceeding applicable limits may be reduced to the permitted maximum without notice.
• spade46 operates games provided by third-party certified studios. The outcome of all games is determined by the respective studio's certified RNG systems and is not manipulated by spade46.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

spade46 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are displayed at the point of offer. By claiming any Bonus, you agree to the Specific Rules applicable to that Bonus.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.
• spade46 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any Bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where circumstances reasonably require.
• Abuse of Bonuses, including collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of system errors, will result in cancellation of the Bonus and may result in account closure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Use any software, bot, script, crawler, or automated tool to access or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from spade46.
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, fraud, or money laundering.
• Open, operate, or assist in operating multiple accounts.
• Access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any system or network connected to it.

Any violation of this Section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the spade46 brand, logo, software, game content, text, graphics, and user interface elements — are owned by or licensed to the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of spade46 is transferred to you by virtue of your use of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spade46 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party studio software malfunctions.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

spade46 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Members maintain control of their gaming activity. Members may access the following tools at any time via their account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time reminders
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-exclusion (30 days to permanent)

The Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. spade46 prohibits gambling by minors and will permanently close any account found to be operated by a person below the minimum age. 12. Termination & Suspension

spade46 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Legal or regulatory obligation.

Upon account closure, spade46 will return any confirmed eligible balance to the Member (net of any applicable deductions) through the Member's registered payment method, provided no outstanding investigation is pending. Balances arising from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

13. Amendments

spade46 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, spade46 will provide reasonable notice to Members by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which spade46 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally by contacting spade46 customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by the Company at its sole discretion.
